Article submission is one of the most underused forms of advertising out there. Most business owners think of placing ads, doing mailings and perhaps printing out a few flyers but all of these methods put together don’t pack the same punch as writing and submitting articles.

1) It is FREE advertising.

2) Put a three line bio and link to your site at the end. Some of these sites call this the signature and others call it the author or resource box.

3) Blast the article out to thousands of article directories. ( Don’t worry there is a site that will do this for you at a very reasonable rate)

4) Repeat.

Bottom line is that you want to write and submit at least an article a week. If you can do more all the better.

Always key word optimize these articles and always have your resource box with your site’s link at the bottom. This is a free way to direct hundreds and even thousands of visitors to your site and gain instant credibility.

Now you can use article submission off line, as well. But then you have to deal with editors who may or may not accept your articles. Online, as long as you have good content, write at least 500 - 750 words of content, and put your article in the right category, and keep it clean you will never be rejected.
